Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Dermara. If you're not happy, you have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund of the product price — even if the jar has been opened and used.

Because Dermara is formulated to support fragile, bruise-prone skin over time, we ask that you apply it daily as directed for at least 30 days before requesting a refund, so the formula has a fair chance to do its work. We may ask you to confirm you've been using it daily.

To start a refund, email us at hello@trydermara.com with your order number. We'll confirm by email, usually within 2 business days.

Do I Need to Send Anything Back?

If you ordered a single jar: no. Once your refund is approved, the jar is yours to keep — there's nothing to mail back.

If you ordered a bundle (2 or 3 jars): keep the jar you tried — that one is yours, and it's still covered. To be refunded for the rest, simply mail back any unopened jars in their original packaging. We'll refund the full product price once we receive them.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — the card or account you used at checkout — within 14 days of approval. We do not issue refunds as store credit unless you specifically ask us to.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund covers the price you paid for the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@trydermara.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping you paid — and you won't need to return anything.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no phone call required. Manage it yourself from your account, or email hello@trydermara.com and we'll take care of it before your next renewal. Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments.

Sale, Promotional & Bundle Items

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to sale, promotional, and multi-jar bundle orders, based on the price you actually paid.

Gifts

If Dermara was sent to you as a gift, email us at hello@trydermara.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement for you.
